Your details will only be used by me to inform you of future classes about twice a year. You will never be spammed and your details will never be shared with anyone else.
I conduct baking classes in Mumbai, traveling to the city a few times a year. On each visit, I teach hundreds of students, from aspiring bakers and hobbyists to baking instructors and professionals. Attending these baking classes has also spurred many of them on to start their own baking ventures which makes me so happy. The classes take place 2-3 times a year and are in high demand, usually selling out in a day or two – so if you’re on the mailing list, you’ll be the first to know, even before it appears on the blog!
With each new class, I incorporate fresh recipes with a simplified approach so you can feel confident replicating the bakes in your own kitchen. I use only the best ingredients that are locally available and easy to find. I have come to be known for sharing plenty of tips and tricks along the way that you won’t find by browsing blogs or watching YouTube (their words, not mine!). It brings me immense joy to see students come back year after year to learn, grow and share.
If you’d like to come and learn to bake with me in my cooking classes, add your details above to be notified about all the future classes.
