Shaheen I had to tell you, last week my son came home from the farm stand he works at with a bunch of fresh basil and garlic! I had never made pesto before but there was no other option, right? So I found a recipe online and it came out marvelous, and the very next day you posted your “why is your pesto bitter?” article! I was thrilled.
In a week or 2 the tomatoes will be ripe, oh then it will be bruchetta and tomato pies, grilled cheese with tomato…fresh sauce! ooh can’t wait!
