Your spice infused grapes look wonderful. I’ll have to try your recipe. At the moment, I’m in the process of making mosto cotto-grape syrup. It also has cinnamon and cloves, but not star anise.

frankly i am a cuckoo it comes to creating something new!!! Spices and grapes is so out of the box for me… but the result looks gorgeous ! The colours are so attractive!.
