		<description>Love the recipe! In fact, I&#039;d made the same thing a few days back, and it turned out decent considering that it was my first attempt at gnocchi. However, i faltered when I tried the shaping-with-a-fork thing, and it messed up a few pieces. 

Also, I made the dough without eggs, and it seemed to turn out okay. Is there something I&#039;m missing out on by not adding eggs?</description>
