I tried the Nutella pinwheel cookies yesterday......they look awesome & taste super duper delicious although I made them with a slight variation. Being a vegetarian I always look for eggless recipes so I skipped the egg from this recipe & added 1/4 th tsp of baking soda instead & the cookies are perfectly crispy & crunchy .
