I was immediately struck in the making by how well the smell of lime and vanilla on my hands melded. This is the first time I've used lime rather than lemons in jam and what a very subtle difference it makes with its delicate aroma. This will certainly become a regular as my usual customers are lusting after it on description alone. Thank you Purple Foodie.
