		<description>Hi, I tried your recipe and STUPIDLY didn&#039;t follow it correctly. I missed out the part where you dip them in hot baking soda water. I don&#039;t know if this is the reason why that when I baked them, they went very HARD. They weren&#039;t soft at all. Very crispy and hard to bite too. May this be because i missed out the baking soda step?
